Criteria for Open Space Preservation A property must meet one or more of the following criteria to be considered for North Hampton forver program: Attractive and available for development.        Meets the Town and State regulations for development.    Includes 5 acres of upland.      Critical to the protection of aquifers, rivers, streams or natural habitat.      Useful for Town recreational, educational or agricultural purposes.      Provides continuity with other parcels for the developemnt of larger green belts.         Can be leveraged to protect additional land.
