North Hampton Police Mission Statement
The Mission of the North Hampton Police Department is to serve the community, to fairly and impartially enforce the law, and to protect life and safeguard property. The Department will attain this mission by continuously organizing, maintaining, and utilizing department resources in a manner that reaches, or exceeds the highest standards of law enforcement.
The Department will also establish and demonstrate a high standard of ethics, while maintaining an elevated level of professionalism through the advanced training and education of its personnel. This will be combined with the recruitment of well-qualified personnel who possess the exceptional capabilities and empathy expected of them by all citizens.
In recognizing the value of our citizens and their property, the Department will instill and sustain public confidence by maintaining the high degree of professionalism, dedication, community collaboration, and expertise in the delivery of services to our citizens.
