The Welfare Department provides direct assistance to those residents of North Hampton who are poor and unable to maintain themselves pursuant to RSA 165.

The Welfare Department

n Provides housing assistance to community residents in collaboration with other agencies.

n Provides emergency prescription assistance.

n Responds to resident requests for information, referral, and advocacy services.

Medication Bridge is a program to help eligible uninsured and underinsured patients of all ages receive needed prescription medications.  
Every major pharmaceutical company has a patient assistance program that provides prescription medications to eligible patients at no cost or a small copayment.
SeaCare Health Services will work with your provider to apply for these medications.
